Shristi graduated from Karnataka State Law University in the year 2016 and has been a part of the Firm since. Shristi works with the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the Firm and her areas of practice include contractual disputes, matters pertaining to Banking Laws, Debt Recovery Laws, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Laws and corporate litigations. Additionally, Shristi is involved in diverse constitutional and regulatory matters; she has also handled matrimonial cases. She represents some of the largest domestic and multinational FMCG companies and private-sector banks in the country. She also handles arbitration matters for construction and infrastructure companies. Shristi briefs and interacts with some of the most renowned Senior Counsels practising before the Karnataka High Court and multiple other High Courts and Tribunals. She regularly appears before multiple judicial and/or quasi-judicial fora in Bangalore including the Karnataka High Court, City Civil Courts, Sessions Courts and Magistrate’s Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and Debts Recovery Tribunal.
