Shloka is a dedicated litigator who consistently represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, TDSAT, NCLT, and NCLAT. She frequently briefs renowned Senior Counsels at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various other courts across the country.

Shloka previously worked with HSB Partners and DM Law Chambers in Chennai, practicing extensively on the original, appellate, and writ side of the Madras High Court and City Civil Courts. She has also handled commercial arbitrations.

Currently, she advises many leading social media intermediaries on their regulatory and litigation portfolios in India.

Shloka routinely advises and appears for a leading internet search engine and a web-hosting platform before various fora. She also advises a leading retail group on their commercial and civil litigations.

Her previous representations include information technology companies, medical diagnostic chains, educational institutions, and oil exploration companies in their commercial litigations, including labour and employment disputes.

She has represented a private oil field company in a contractual dispute relating to a product sharing contract, engaged in pro bono public interest litigation on manual scavenger’s rights, and challenged blocking orders under the IT Act.
