Savitha has significantly contributed to Trilegal, one of India’s prestigious magic circle law firms, as Counsel in their real estate and disputes resolution practice for eleven years.

She played a key role in establishing these practices. Additionally, she served as Counsel in the real estate practice group at Khaitan & Co., one of the oldest and largest law firms in India.

Savitha has represented numerous multinational companies on various real estate matters, including manufacturers, power generators, service companies, healthcare providers, and logistics companies.

Her extensive involvement in medium to large real estate transactions spans across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Haryana, and New Delhi.
