He possesses extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and investment transactions across various sectors, including media, technology, healthcare, hospitality, and aerospace, with combined deal values exceeding 1 billion USD.

Siddhartha advises a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and global multinationals to domestic conglomerates, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.

His expertise spans the full spectrum of commercial laws in India. He has guided clients in sectors such as commercial real estate, built-to-suit, and campus transactions, involving more than 10 million square feet of built-up area and over 1,000 acres of land.

Siddhartha has also provided counsel on greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects, including investment areas, airports, seaports, and public infrastructure.

In addition to his work in real estate, Siddhartha advises leading technology companies on technology laws, privacy, and data protection issues. He has managed numerous debt and mezzanine funding transactions, primarily within the real estate sector.
