Abhishek Kumar is an Associate at Poovayya & Co., where he regularly advises, represents and manages major social media intermediaries’ litigation in courts across the country. He has assisted Indian multinational corporations in significant commercial civil litigations and has represented a major public sector bank before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Prior to joining Poovayya & Co., Abhishek worked at Wadhwa Law Chambers in New Delhi. During his tenure there, among other things, he contributed to a constitutional challenge against office memorandums under which look-out circulars were being issued, assisted in an arbitration against the Indian Railways, and worked on insolvency law matters before the National Company Law Tribunal.
