Anticipating the national and international need for lawyers specializing in the law and practice relating to technology and outsourcing, the Firm established a dedicated Technology and Outsourcing Practice Group in 1998 to meet industry requirements and to satisfy the growing outsourcing needs and functions of our clients (both as customers as well as vendors).

The Technology and Outsourcing Practice Group has been actively involved in the establishment, and with the day to day operations of several national and international entities operating in the Information Technology / Information Technology Enabled Services Sector. Our lawyers, apart from developing extensive expertise in the law relating to technology and outsourcing, have also acquired a deep understanding of the various business models utilized, and the unique challenges faced by entities operating in the technology and outsourcing sector.

The Firm has extensive experience in all aspects of the setting up of Offshore Development Centres, from the stage of construction of customised built-to-suit facilities, to the drafting of comprehensive Development Agreements and Statements of Work regulating the day-to-day governance of a productive Offshore Development Centre.
