The group has advised a large technology and BPO corporation on a proposed amalgamation with another technology company and the subsequent transfer of the target’s business to the client. The team assisted a media company in the acquisition of a major regional language television channel.

The group worked closely with a multi-national corporation in the acquisition of the worldwide merchant banking operations of a prominent global banking corporation. The M&A Practice Group also advised a private investor on acquiring a stake in one of India’s most prominent wine producing companies.
