The areas in which the Intellectual Property Practice Group provides counseling include worldwide IPR Portfolio Management and strategy; prosecution of trademark, patent and design applications worldwide; IPR litigation including anti-counterfeiting and domain-name disputes; advice on IPR acquisitions; IPR mining exercises; and drafting and negotiating IPR assignments, licensing, franchising and transfer of technology.
