Apart from general legal advice on various enactments and positions in law, the Corporate Advisory Practice Group offers clients legal advice on specific areas of corporate and commercial law such as incorporation advice and services; corporate legal advice in the areas of amalgamations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and liquidation; and advising, structuring and documenting foreign investment and securities transactions.
